How our courses are studied by students

Our courses are flexible and modular.  They can be delivered to learners in a variety of modes. For example:

As stand-alone online courses

In this mode of delivery learners access the courses in self-study mode.

This method has the key advantage that learners can study the courses at a time and place of their choosing.

In other words your staff and students can access training on-demand at the time and place that they need it.

As tutor supported online courses

In this mode, learners have access to an online tutor as they progress through a course.

Our courses are interactive and provide students with feedback as they progress through the different activities.  However, we cannot predict every question students will ask and for these instances  an online tutor can be beneficial.

Having online tutors also helps with the social side of teaching.  Tutors help learners get started, build a sense of community among the group and motivate learners when required.

As preparation for workshops or seminars

Alternatively the courses can be taken before workshop sessions, and the online usage monitored by workshop leaders.

As the learners pick up all the basic principles from the online course, workshop leaders can either reduce face-to-face contact time, or focus on more applied teaching topics.
