Welcome to the Epigeum technical support area of our site. These pages offer technical help and share any support issues we have encountered.
This site has been divided into sections, named after the different VLE/LMS systems most commonly used by our customers. If the system being used at your institution is not on the list, this doesn't mean an Epigeum course can't be installed in that system. We are happy to offer advice and support on installing our courses into whichever system you are using.
Each section begins with instructions on how to install an Epigeum course into your system, with easy-to-follow, step-by-step guides. Following on from the instructions are technical issues that have been reported to us and, if possible, information is given on how to resolve them.
All Epigeum courses are delivered as IMS content packages, and information can be found here on how to install them into your VLE/LMS, plus some additional information that we think you might find useful. We will soon be delivering our courses in the Common Cartridge format also. We will post more news here as it becomes available.
