Through a range of high-quality animations, self-reflection activities, and action plans, the interactive Being Well, Living Well toolkit takes a positive and holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, enabling students to develop strategies for coping and prevention, whilst also signposting when and where to seek further support if needed.
- Help students to build self-insight, understand they are not alone in experiencing challenges, and develop the confidence to manage wellbeing issues, through relatable peer perspectives and real student voices
- Equip students with practical tips and tools for supporting others, including helping them to recognise the limitations of being a supporter, via peer support pods and practice scenarios
- Explore key concepts that can be difficult to talk about face-to-face, through inclusive example scenarios that represent a variety of student experiences
- Support existing initiatives at your institution with online resources that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and allow students to dip in and out of as needed, via the toolkit’s flexible, modular structure
