The programme very much encapsulates, to me, key areas of learning for students and graduates that are critical to their early and future career successes. Without understanding, recognising, reflecting, valuing and developing these skills they risk underachieving both in their job search and in their career and professional development within the workplace. In an increasingly global job market, the entrepreneurial work-environment skills and attributes that Epigeum are including in the programme are essential.
The interactive nature of this material will resonate with students who have different learning styles and are from different types of institutions. This inclusiveness very much attracts me to being part of this important venture, which will contribute immensely not only to future generations of graduates but also to employers.
