About Being Well, Living Well
Being Well, Living Well will be a flexible online toolkit to ensure every student has access to a comprehensive resource providing practical information on a wide range of topics spanning mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
Including tools and tips for maintaining a healthy body and mind, Being Well, Living Well will take a positive and holistic approach to enable students to develop self-awareness and strategies for coping and prevention, while also signposting when and where to seek further support.
Developed in conjunction with mental health experts, students, and higher education professionals, the interactive toolkit will be built using high-quality content and sophisticated pedagogy to maximise student engagement.
