Being Well, Living Well will provide a flexible online toolkit to ensure all university students have access to adequate wellbeing support. Developed in conjunction with experts, using high quality content and sophisticated pedagogy, the modules encompass the wide range of issues commonly experienced by students.
Providing tools and tips for maintaining a healthy body and mind, Being Well, Living Well will take a positive and holistic approach. The interactive toolkit will enable students to develop self-awareness and strategies for coping and prevention, while also signposting when and where to seek further support.
Designed specifically for students, this complete resource aims to encourage proactive self-management of difficulties and reduce strain on university support services to help them focus more attention on students in crisis.
