Technical Support

Our technical team is always available to answer your questions. Get in touch!

Welcome to the Epigeum technical support area. These pages offer help with using the Epigeum hosting platforms and also with using the courses into your own Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

On each section you will find easy-to-follow, step-by-step tutorials, that will help you use the Epigeum courses.

Epigeum Hosting Platforms
University Administrators
Student Users
VLE Users
Installing to Blackboard
Installing to Instructure Canvas
Installing to Moodle
Customising a Course

If your VLE doesn’t appear in the above list, you may be able to install the Epigeum courses into your system if any of the following standards are supported:

  • IMS Content Package
  • IMS Common Cartridge 1.0
  • SCORM 1.2
  • SCORM 2004, 4th Edition

Different systems will implement the above standards in different ways. It is possible even though your system claims to support one/many of the above four standards, that the courses will not be able to load/play as expected. Epigeum cannot guarantee that the courses will load/play in a system that claims to support these standards if those standards have been implemented in such a way that does not make this possible.
