Following the release of our updated and improved Avoiding Plagiarism course last year, we are delighted to announce that this is now available as a German language version. This is the first time we have been able to offer our courses in additional languages and it is rewarding to be able to help even more students meet their training and personal development needs.
This concise but comprehensive course teaches students how to avoid plagiarism by correctly using citations and references. Used in conjunction with its accompanying online learning system, or your own institution’s VLE, this course will give you assurance that all your students have been adequately prepared for their assignments.
Feedback from the English-language version of Avoiding Plagiarism confirms students value the course. 96% of previous users stated Avoiding Plagiarism was effective in improving their understanding of plagiarism, and 85% of students rated the quality of the course as ‘high’ or ‘very high’.
We are hosting a free webinar in German in collaboration with Dr Astrid Krake from the University of Bamberg, who advised on the development of the language-specific materials, on the 28th January at 11am CET/10am GMT. Please sign up here if you are interested in attending.
Wendy Harbottle, Head of Academic Partnerships at Epigeum, would be delighted to provide free trial access for any institutions interested in learning more about Avoiding Plagiarism and its crucial role in ensuring the academic integrity of your students.
