March is a busy month for Epigeum in Australia. We are visiting conferences in Canberra and Melbourne to introduce universities to our online courses, designed to transform student experience, teaching, learning, and research across institutions.
At the beginning of the month we will be attending the Universities Australia Higher Education: Gen Next conference which focuses on the future shape of higher education against a backdrop of profound economic, industrial and technological change. This is a brilliant forum to discuss the implications for university education and research, and the next generation of technology with a wide-range of university staff. Visit us at stand 7 to find out more!
We are also attending the University Community Safety & Wellbeing conference dedicated to tackling key issues in sexual assault, violence on campus, and mental health. This conference is a key opportunity for university directors and managers responsible for student support and wellbeing to consider strategies to address violence, sexual assault, mental health, and wellbeing issues as well as think about how universities can bring teams together to provide better support services.
This high-profile topic is of particular importance to us at Epigeum as it is directly related to our objective to make a difference to the student and staff experience in higher education. Our online medium provides a safe space to learn about consent and responding to disclosures and can be used to complement existing workshop initiatives at universities.
Find out more about our online support options for students and staff, tailored to the prevention of and response to sexual violence on campus.
