Meet our Team: Katerina Tsartsali

January 6, 2020

Katerina Tsartsali is Epigeum’s Head of Digital Operations. Her role involves overseeing all platform operations and roadmapping, content packaging and delivery, and our technical support for users. Katerina has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in eLearning.

What brought you to Epigeum?

Previously I was working for a smaller eLearning company, so wanted to gain more, and broader, experience in this area.

Which parts of your role do you enjoy the most?

My job includes so many different tasks, such as working with Epigeum’s Production team to create the online courses, or with our Implementation team to support and help our customers, managing our hosting platform, and overlooking the operations roadmap. Overall, I enjoy the fact that I am never bored!

What does your workspace say about you?

I love memes, so try to decorate my workspace with screenshots of those that reflect my state of mind and personality!

What do you do in your free time?

I enjoy going to the gym, playing PC games and PlayStation, and watching movies and TV series. According to my app, I have watched 4,523 episodes in 106 TV shows.

Tell us something we don’t know about you.

I used to do radio broadcasting on the internet. My first one was called “Joyride” after the Roxette song, the second one “Las RocknRollas”, with a friend of mine, after the Guy Ritchie movie, and the third one “Tell mum everything is ok” – because why not!
