Cara is an Academic Partnerships Representative, UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting Epigeum’s courses to HE institutions and managing regional accounts
  • Customer research and lead generation
  • Organising and maintaining customer data records and other administrative support for the Academic Partnerships team

About

Cara graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020, with a bachelor’s degree in English. Alongside her studies, Cara worked as a freelance editorial assistant at The Conrad Press, an independent publishing house based in Canterbury, Kent. Cara was then elected by her fellow students to be the President of the Falmouth and Exeter Students’ Union. During her year in office, Cara acted as the lead student representative on all education and research-related issues, working closely with senior leaders at the University of Exeter. Cara also took on the role of the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Students’ Union. She joined Epigeum in July 2021.

Cara is passionate about improving global access to education. In her spare time, Cara likes to get outside for walks or trips in her kayak.
