Clare is part of the Senior Learning Consultant team and is responsible for assisting university clients in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

Responsible for:

• Implementation of Epigeum’s products and software
• Achieving academic success with optimum interaction for students and University faculty in blended and online learning

About:

As a library and Information Professional, Clare has many years’ experience in the library and vendor industry, including Academic Reference Librarian, Training and Education and Business Development.

After leaving the library industry,  Clare was  appointed Client Services Manager at a large International Subscription agency, before moving to a  role as a Training and Education Specialist  for AsiaPAC at ProQuest where she provided on-site and on-line training in the features, functionality and content of all ProQuest products  and business units for 6 years.  Before joining Epigeum, Clare was in a Business Development Role with Australia’s largest locally based full service academic library supplier  dedicated to providing books, journals, eBooks and eMedia products from publishers worldwide for academic and professional library markets  and developing and enhancing relationships, identifying needs and presenting value added solutions.

Clare is passionate about developing strong customer relationships and connecting the user with the tools and knowledge to exceed.
