Silvia coordinates the various aspects of the office’s logistics; she is in charge for the Health & Safety compliance and she is the main point of contact for the majority of our suppliers.
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
- Facilitating the recruitment process of new staff, including induction
Silvia has a background in languages. Alongside her native Italian, she is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French. Throughout the years, she has worked as a freelance translator, including for art galleries, and has gathered a substantial experience, particularly in her roles as an Export Manager and Office Manager for an international fine food company in Italy. Very passionate about travelling, cinema and classic literature, she also loves ballet, modern-jazz and contemporary dance which she has studied since childhood.
